Estate Planning Attorney George Millich Joins HHM

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, the region’s largest law firm, today announced the addition of attorney George P. Millich Jr. to the firm.

Millich joins HHM after nine years of service to Youngstown-area trust customers at PNC Bank and its predecessor, National City Bank. He was most recently vice president and trust attorney at PNC.

Millich’s practice will focus on estate planning, probate administration, tax law and business succession planning.

“Estate and succession planning has long been a priority of our clients, and demand continues to grow for counsel related to estate plans, trust development, trust administration, wills, power of attorney and business succession planning,” said Alan D. Wenger, chair of HHM’s management committee. “George’s experience will strengthen our capabilities in these important areas.”

Millich graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University, and also graduated magna cum laude with a juris doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law. He also earned, with honors, a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Akron.

Millich is president of the Mahoning/Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council and a member of the board of directors of the Youngstown Hearing & Speech Center.  He is a former board member of the Mahoning Valley Professional 20/30 Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Mahoning Valley and the Akron Law Review. He lives in Austintown Township.
