The firm assists clients in resolving conflicts arising from bidding procedures, construction contract documents, construction site accidents, construction delays, injunctions and other construction project issues.
Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy
The firm represents secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees and trustees in bankruptcy reorganizations, arrangements, liquidations and workouts.
