Litigation Attorney Vito Abruzzino Joins HHM

abruzzinoSALEM, Ohio – Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell today announced the addition of attorney Vito J. Abruzzino.

Abruzzino joins HHM after nearly five years of work with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps as a prosecutor, defense counsel and legal advisor. In addition to preparing and trying cases, he prepared wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other instruments for his military colleagues. His practice with HHM will focus on litigation, estate planning, business transactions and service to veterans.

“Vito brings us solid experience as a trial lawyer and legal advisor,” said Alan D. Wenger, chair of HHM's management committee. “He will also strengthen our capabilities for serving veterans in their legal affairs.”

Abruzzino graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University, and received his Juris Doctorate from the WVU Law School.

He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Ohio and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He remains a Captain in the United States Army Reserve JAG Corps. A Columbiana resident, Abruzzino is a certified tax preparer and a member of the Mahoning and Trumbull county bar associations.
