3 Attorneys Join HHM in Youngstown and Warren, Ohio

Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Ltd. today announced the addition of Andrew S. Ledebur, Kevin R. Day and Matthew S. Snyder as associate attorneys in the firm.

Ledebur, Day and Snyder all graduated from the University of Akron School of Law. Day and Snyder are based in the firm’s Youngstown office while Ledebur works in HHM’s Warren office.

“We are pleased to add these three outstanding young attorneys to our law firm,” said Kevin P. Murphy, chair of HHM’s management committee. “They bring impressive academic achievements and solid internships and work-related experiences during their law school and undergraduate years.”

Ledebur focuses his practice on health care and insurance law, business law, civil and commercial litigation and probate and estate planning. In addition to his juris doctor with a certificate in health law, he earned a master’s of business administration from the University of Akron’s College of Business Administration. He earned his bachelor of arts from Malone University, Canton, Ohio, where he graduated cum laude. He worked as a law clerk for staff counsel at the Cincinnati Insurance Co. in Akron, Ohio, was a health law research assistant at the School of Law and was a legal intern with MRI Software in Solon, Ohio.

Day is focusing his law practice on business and criminal law, as well as civil litigation. He graduated summa cum laude from the law school. He received his bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University, majoring in criminal justice and graduating summa cum laude. He served as a law clerk in the economic crimes unit of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office and was a member of the Akron Law Review Editorial Board and managing editor of the Constitutional Law Journal.

Snyder is focusing his law practice on business organization, corporate transactions and real estate law. He recently received a joint juris doctor/master’s of business administration from the University of Akron, graduating cum laude from the law school. He earned his bachelor of science from West Virginia University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He was a law clerk with IRS Help, LLC in Stow, Ohio, and was a corporate law clerk with FedEx Custom Critical in Uniontown, Ohio.
