COLUMBIANA, Ohio – Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Ltd. will host a seminar for landowners who recently signed oil and gas leases.

The seminar will cover legal issues many oil and gas lessors are now addressing with regard to taxes, estate planning, business succession planning, wealth management, property sales, mineral rights transfers and other activities.

“The recent oil and gas leasing boom has dramatically changed the fortunes and lives of thousands of Ohio families, farms and small businesses,” Wenger said. “Our seminar will explore legal issues and opportunities that are important to consider.”

The seminar is scheduled for two identical sessions at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, at the Dutch Village Inn, 150 E. State Route 14, Columbiana. Admission is free but reservations are required and space is limited. Those interested can reserve a seat by calling (330) 744-1111.
