Kevin R. Day
Kevin focuses his practice on business and criminal law as well as civil litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Youngstown State University, where he majored in Criminal Justice and graduated summa cum laude.
Kevin joined HHM in 2016 after serving as a law clerk in the economic crimes unit of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. He was a member of the Akron Law Review Editorial Board and managing editor of the Constitutional Law Journal. He also interned with Community Legal Aid of Northeast Ohio, the Mahoning County Clerk of Courts and the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas. Originally from Poland, Ohio, Kevin and his wife, Shannon, live in Streetsboro, Ohio. Kevin is an avid golfer and loves spending time with his family.
